About event: Our very own Jahmeer Reynolds, The Community Schools Manager and Director of Coordination for Marin Community Cooperative Teams (MCCT) that serve the needs of families attending both Bayside MLK and WCA, has been selected as an upcoming TED Talk speaker! Passionate and uplifting, Jahmeer will be speak about the topic: Marin City - Reimagining Public Safety based on a revolutionary program The Community Schools and SMCSD recently developed that invests in our communities through collaborative partnership, offers youth mentorship, and builds character and leadership from the ground up. This is an important opportunity for Marin City and our SMCSD community to shine on a local, national and international stage to show what community cohesion looks like and shape an important dialogue around racial equity.
